After 16 years and 110K+ miles we had an actual engine issue. The #2 injector failed, triggering the Check Engine Light. Took it to Steve at Greene Ford’s service department and their service tech (Diep issue. The #2 injector failed, triggering the Check Engine Light. Took it to Steve at Greene Ford’s service department and their service tech (Diep Nguyen) advised, ordered replacement parts, and had it back like new in 48 hours at a very reasonable cost. She’s purring like a kitten and as good as she rolled off the assembly line! All thanks to the great folks at Greene Ford’s service department. More

The issues that I have is not with the employees (as they are always friendly) it is with the dealership. For someone that works from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm it is hard to schedule an appointment when the dealer are always friendly) it is with the dealership. For someone that works from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm it is hard to schedule an appointment when the dealer opens at 7:30 and closes at 5:30. This is also aggravated by the fact that they are not open on Saturdays. I bought 2 vehicles from Greene in 2017 and actually sold one because it was too hard to schedule services. The one that I do have I find myself taking it to someone else to service even though i would prefer it to be serviced at the dealership. More

My wife and I were looking for a Maverick. Greene Ford was the only dealer in NE GA that had one on the lot with a gas engine. We made an appointment with Brad and he made the looking and ultimately buying process clearly understood without pressure for a sale. We are very pleased with our Maverick. We drove to Gainesville from Athens and we are glad we did. Jason was helpful in financing the truck and all the staff we came into contact with were courteous and helpful. Many Thanks to Brad Roberts for his help during the trade and after the sale with options we wanted on the truck. We will certainly recommend Greene Ford and Brad to friends here in Athens. The service department did a very good job mounting a cover on the back of the truck and spray lined the truck's bed. Thanks. More
