First Time Buying A Car I am only 20 years old and this was my first time buying a car. I was extremely nervous about the entire process, even though I had my mom with me. I already knew the car I was coming to look at, and it was in great condition. As my mom and I were taking a peek at it, Grover Young came out and said hello. He was very helpful but not overbearing, where we would want him to go away. He gave us enough room to do our thorough inspection of the vehicle, but was also ready whenever we had questions. My mom is huge on trying to haggle, but the vehicle I was looking at was already a pretty good price, so my mom only asked for a couple hundred off and Young was able to make that happen-to my understanding; and I thank him so much for that. Going into financing, Aaron Hughes was very helpful and very friendly in the entire process, and made me less nervous. He was able to make me a deal ( somehow) and now I have my very own vehicle! Again, I'd like to thank Grover Young and Aaron Hughes for helping me and allowing this to happen! I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle! More

Disappointing We took the F-350 in for routine service and 2 new tires on Monday 10/8/18. On 10/10/18, one of the tires was flat. Multiple sensor lights on the dash We took the F-350 in for routine service and 2 new tires on Monday 10/8/18. On 10/10/18, one of the tires was flat. Multiple sensor lights on the dashboard were lit up for low tire pressure, flat tire, etc. So the truck was out Monday and now again Weds. That means we have gotten no work done for 2 days and this is a 2017 model. We should not be having any trouble out of a truck that is barely 2 years old. Thank you. More
