The Bear Went to look at a truck I found on the dealerships website on Wednesday (1/09/2019) and Grover “The Bear” Young met me outside and knew exactly what t Went to look at a truck I found on the dealerships website on Wednesday (1/09/2019) and Grover “The Bear” Young met me outside and knew exactly what truck I was looking for as my wife had already called to make sure the truck was there. He got the keys and we went on a test drive. The whole time on the test drive he was explaining features of the truck. After we got done with the test drive, we went back to Grover’s desk and started filling out the credit application. The whole time going back and forth on the numbers with the Russ, the sales manager, and the bank for the loan, Grover kept me updated and stayed patient with different requests I had, as well as waiting on my wife to drive 30 minutes to the dealership to look at the truck before making the purchase. After getting the final numbers, we decided to sleep on the decision and on Thursday (01/10/2019) we decided to proceed with the deal. The previous night before leaving the dealership, Grover told me he would not be at the dealership on Thursday as it was his off day. When I went in Thursday to fill out the paperwork, Grover was there waiting on me. So not only was he helpful and patient the whole time I was there Wednesday, he came in on his off day to finalize the deal Jason Vieira was also very helpful with the finance paperwork and even saved me $1500 on taxes. He didn't pressure us into things we weren't interested in and honored our price range. We felt like the whole deal was more than fair. We were offered a great price on a trade in vehicle. I opted to add leather seats and we were able to get those installed within 2 business days while they gave us a loaner vehicle. I would recommend this dealership and Bryan to anyone. More
