Brad Roberts was awesome, I let him know I didn't have a lot of time and he was very accommodating, as was Travis in finance - even when I asked her to make a change with a warranty. Started up the car and noticed dash lights flashing and dim headlights. Sure enough, the stock alternator died after 15 years of service. Dropped it off with Steve Bullister at Greene Ford Service Depart dim headlights. Sure enough, the stock alternator died after 15 years of service. Dropped it off with Steve Bullister at Greene Ford Service Department’s Early Bird drop off and early the next morning he and the technician confirmed a dead alternator and had a new one on the way and installed it at a fair price and a fantastic warranty. Don’t know if I’ll get another 15 years out of this one, but with the care Greene provides I wouldn’t doubt it. Thank you very much! More
