i scheduled a 60k service for my super duty several weeks in advance and arranged to leave the vehicle first thing in the morning for the entire day. I was told this could all be done that day. I dropped of the vehicle Sunday afternoon with a 7:30a monday morning appointment and left keys in drop box. I was notified at 10:30a monday that the oil change and fuel filters were done, but they did not have time for diffs, t-case, trans, and brake flush. I was a bit surprised because the ENTIRE point of this service was to address those items. I told the service rep to do as much as possible within the day and i would pick up the vehicle after business hours and schedule the rest for a later date. The rep called me back and said they did not have time for any of that and my truck would be ready for pickup in 30 minutes. This was horribly disappointing to be quite honest. As a service provider myself, i cannot imagine doing this to one of my clients. Even though Greene is 5 minutes away it is hard for me to consider doing any additional business moving forward. More

After 16 years and 110K+ miles we had an actual engine issue. The #2 injector failed, triggering the Check Engine Light. Took it to Steve at Greene Ford’s service department and their service tech (Diep issue. The #2 injector failed, triggering the Check Engine Light. Took it to Steve at Greene Ford’s service department and their service tech (Diep Nguyen) advised, ordered replacement parts, and had it back like new in 48 hours at a very reasonable cost. She’s purring like a kitten and as good as she rolled off the assembly line! All thanks to the great folks at Greene Ford’s service department. More

The issues that I have is not with the employees (as they are always friendly) it is with the dealership. For someone that works from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm it is hard to schedule an appointment when the dealer are always friendly) it is with the dealership. For someone that works from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm it is hard to schedule an appointment when the dealer opens at 7:30 and closes at 5:30. This is also aggravated by the fact that they are not open on Saturdays. I bought 2 vehicles from Greene in 2017 and actually sold one because it was too hard to schedule services. The one that I do have I find myself taking it to someone else to service even though i would prefer it to be serviced at the dealership. More
