Steven was on the ball and advised us that new brakes were needed during our most recent maintenance done with them. It was easily scheduled and a great deal delivered with the Lifetime Brake Pad warran were needed during our most recent maintenance done with them. Hello! I drove to this dealership with the intent to purchase a vehicle. I spoke with James over the phone about the price. He told me to come on down. I live in Decatur, GA., so it would be about 48 miles from my home. When I got to the dealership, I was greeted and taken for a test drive. The 2014 Honda Accord was what I was going to be purchasing for my little brother. After the test drive, we went in to talk numbers. Well, that's what I thought. James did not talk numbers, he got my credit information and went to the sales manager. Before he went over to the sales manager, I told him not to run my credit multiple times because I know I have over a 750. If it was a problem, I would finance through my bank. James walked to the counter and stays for about 10 minutes. I look at my Aura app and they had sent my application to 3 lenders. I told James that it not what I requested. He brought back paperwork to tell me my payment and I am like, we didn't agree on a price. He walked to get the sales manager. The sales manager comes out and he is so aggressive. He tell me that he was able to get my interest rate lowered and the price down. I was not worried about the price. He extended the terms knowing that of course the monthly payment would decrease. He "argued' with me about options for about 3 minutes and I decided to leave. I was very disappointed in the treatment from the sales manager. I would not recommend this dealership. More
