Above and Beyond!! We found the perfect vehicle via CARFAX here at Greene Ford. We called early one evening and spoke with Kim Porter who started the process for us and 2 days later my husband flew from Orlando to Atlanta, used Uber (for the first time) to get up to Greene Ford in Gainesville, GA, and 2 hours later drove a gently used (4000 miles) 2017 Ford Explorer Limited home. Easy Peasy!!! Aaron Hughes was very helpful and Kim Porter was involved and in touch every step of the way. BUT...it didn't end there. Hurricane Irma happened here in Florida and by the time we felt we had to go it was Tues before landfall. Every pet friendly hotel in Georgia was booked or had restrictions. I texted Kim to see if she had any recommendations, which she did, but nothing worked. Her family offered accommodations to us and desperate to leave and so thankful to have accommodation we accepted. After 2 days of grueling traffic we arrived at our destination and were welcomed by Kim's warm, caring and generous family. We are forever grateful and blessed to have taken our business to Greene Ford!! More
