I was in for regular service on my 2019 Nissan Sentra. Oil change, tire rotation, replacement of windshield wipers and to change air conditioning filter. The service was great and I waited only about one hour. I truly am comfortable waiting in their waiting area with all types of lattes, coffee and snacks. They washed my car inside and out! 🥰 More

One of the most disappointing experiences I have ever had. We came to trade in. The car we wanted was 1 year old Hyundai Ioniq with 9000 miles on it. We spent over 6 hours in the dealership negotiating p had. We came to trade in. The car we wanted was 1 year old Hyundai Ioniq with 9000 miles on it. We spent over 6 hours in the dealership negotiating price, running credit (6 inquiries by the way with 730 credit, my question is why???, but it is different conversation), putting deal together, paying deposit and signing all the agreements. It was a trade in, so I understand... At the minute we were about to get the key and leave, rep gave us Carmax report with the accident and moderate damage reported . Surprise!!! We worked with 4 people for 6 hours and no one mentioned anything!!! As we found out immediately, all of them new about it and it was surprise for us only. Saying we were frustrated is understatement. We pulled back even after firm statement that we were given an "incredible deal". I can't believe I got in this non-disclosure trap only because I never dealt with used cars and didn't request Carmax report in the beginning. No wonder that car salesmen have a very bad reputation. We all paid for it. Nobody won in this situation. Very, very disappointing. The conclusion is Buyer Beware. Watch after yourself, because Nissan Greenacres will not. Doesn't look like they care. I learned this lesson and it was an expensive lesson. So, please do yourself a favor and go buy your next car somewhere else. More
