The sales person, Steve, was excellent to work with to complete the sale. I was not pleased with the Finance Associate or General Manager during the negotiations of sales contract and financing. Steve is very cordial, professional, polite, and helpful. Obviously Steve was the primary reason I purchased the vehicle from this dealership (we were planning on going to Toyota and Audi on the same day), and, of course, I loved the features of the car. This dealership gave me the WRONG CAR. While seeing the cars on their lot, there was only 1 Jeep Wrangler (I asked). I test drove it and decided to go through with the purchase. All of the documents stated it was a 2020 Jeep Wrangler (at a higher price than advertised online), signed everything and went home. A couple of days later, I found out it was in fact a 2018. I had been driving around in an unregistered and uninsured car! They put me at risk of even going to jail if I had been pulled over by a cop. I let them know about it, drove 1.5hrs to the dealership (I live in a different town) and they sent me home in the same car because the GM wasn’t there. Came back a couple of days later (as agreed) only for them to tell me they were about to call the cops on me because they were missing a car (the 2018) on their lot and then 6 different men treated me like I was stupid and one of them even raised his voice. GM decided not to show his face even when I requested it. Their solution was for me to take a car I did not want (the 2020) or pay them 4k more for the one I had been driving and had agreed to buy at first (also advertised at a lower price online). They treated me horribly and even tried to trick me with nonsense to take the car I didn’t want, telling me it was the same car (they even had different engines, colors, features, and mileage). It took them hours to undo the deal, they just wanted more money or for me to take a car I did not want. We finally had the deal undone but my credit had already been affected. I asked for my down payment back and oh..surprise! They said they had no money to give me. They sent a check several days later but I could only cash it over a week after because it had some sort of restriction and the bank needed them to confirm they issued it but they refused to transfer the call to the right person. DO NOT GO INTO BUSINESS WITH THEM! THEY ARE HORRIBLE! I would hive 0 stars if it was possible.. More
Horrible service representatives! ! I've scheduled my Nisaan which I recently purchased a sentra and brought it in for service and horrible service deaprtmenent representatives. Initi ! I've scheduled my Nisaan which I recently purchased a sentra and brought it in for service and horrible service deaprtmenent representatives. Initial service advisor was Diego Zamarano and then the so called Service Director John Elsner. My car has 59,2xx miles on it and is still under Nissans Powertrain warranty and these folks are playing around with not wanting to service and repair my 2018 Sentra. And my warranty coverage has been verified by Nissan USA consumer department with warranty coverage. It was told to them that the check engine light and the speedometer intermittently comes on and off, and the lights and gauge electrical components dont work properly. Brought in my sentra w OBDII scannes and the code of P0500 referring to the Vehicle Speed Sensor (VSS) which has 2 sensors on the transmission and yet Diego advised to bring the car back into them when the engine lights come on in a few days and moreover said that the Fuel Gauge sensor it not working and needs to be repaired and that I would be charged a diagnosis fee of $241. What I find striking is that, I am 74 YOA and Diego told me to bring it back after driving it for a while. In my opinion, they are strategically waiting for my car to be over the 60K mark so that they can say that the care is no longer warranties by Nissan so that they can upcharge me for repairs just like how they are telling me that ths Fuel sensor is not cover under the warranty so that I can come out of pocket for the repairs, making profits off of me. Moreover John Elsner calls me back after a few hours and then tells me that the VSS code is triggered by the faulty gauge sensors rather then the other way around where the VSS is the main sensor which is triggering the faulty electrical gauge sensors and fuel sensors. These guys are very rude in nature where they are very condescending when they speak and interact w their customers. I've owned multiple Nissans for over 30 years and have dealt with nicer service reps and never been disrespected like they these two have treated me. These folks are only out to get your money and not honor the Nissans warranty programs just so they can upcharge their customers and make profits while leaving you without adequate warranty service coverage! More

I had a bad experience with your dealership today. .called Tori Williams and explained I wanted to purchase a 2016 GMC Canyon and if she could send me pictures as the website just had stock pictures no .called Tori Williams and explained I wanted to purchase a 2016 GMC Canyon and if she could send me pictures as the website just had stock pictures not actual..she agreed to In just a few moment..after 2 more phone calls and a email to her it’s 10pm and nothing I was planning on driving down from Melbourne,Florida to purchase it subject to the pictures..so now I’m thinking something is wrong with this truck and you don’t want to show the true condition..anyway I have lost trust in your Dealership and your lying employee Tory so I won’t be coming to purchase this vehicle..I spent 45 yrs in Sales Management with couple New Car Stores retiring in 2016 and this Tory wouldn’t work for me if this is how she treats customers..Stay away from this Dealership they’ve got these you kids working there who think there salespeople More
