Greenacres Nissan was worthy of this write-up and I felt strongly about leaving it. So here it goes. I've been in the market to lease a new Murano as my Rogue was coming to end of lease. Being from NY I'm accustomed to wheeling and dealing and most times dealers open up and give good deals that I'm able to jump on. The Florida market is different. I called around 20 Nissan dealerships in Florida and surrounding states. They all gave me a price, budged $20 bucks and didn't work with me beyond that. My last call was to Greenacres Nissan. I worked with Jose one of the sales managers. He gave me a solid price of the bat and worked with me to get within my budget. This all happened over a few hours! Not days or weeks like i was experiencing with everyone else. Once we had the price locked in over the phone my next step was to come to the dealership. My wife was skeptical but said let's go. Another important note was we had a 2 year old toddler with us. Jose was out that day but had all the paperwork and numbers set-up for us and ready for Melvin to work on. The transition from one sales manager to the next was seamless - even i was surprised. We were in and out of the dealership with our new Murano within 1 hour and 20 minutes. That's unheard of for me. The facilities are excellent. It's a brand new dealership so everything was shining. They had a kids room with tablets for my son to watch cartoons, a fancy Starbucks machine for really good coffee, a really cool showroom and very friendly staff members. Hats off to the guys and gals running the place. Down to what the sales team was wearing - everyone looked very professional. I highly recommend giving this dealership a chance. I don't think you'll regret it. I'm actually excited to go for my oil change just to be in the dealership again. More
