Be careful went in to sell my car and buy a new one. I had an appointment with Samantha but the minute I pulled up, I was approached by Troy or Troil, not sure h went in to sell my car and buy a new one. I had an appointment with Samantha but the minute I pulled up, I was approached by Troy or Troil, not sure how to spell his name. I was never taken to Samantha. The sales man was very inexperienced and I knew more about the car than he did. From the start he was congratulating me on buying the new car. Their starting paperwork is geared to make you think that you are getting the car. The sales man wanted to call my insurance company to add the new car and I told him no because I didn't have the payment information for the new car. This was a false sense of the deal was going through. The whole time I was there, he was shaking my hand and saying congratulations. Another false sense of this deal going through. The whole place is geared to make you think you are driving out with the car. They have a bell that people ring when a car is sold and everyone cheers, everyone is dressed in nice suits, and they are playing club music. The sales man wanted to call my insurance company several times and I told him no. The gave me a super low quote on my trade-in. And he is having me sign these weird forms that make is sound like everything is good. The finance guy comes and says he will see what he can do. The finance manager comes out and says they are not going to do anything for me and have a nice day. The mood changes and the sales guy pretty much shows me the door. They had me thinking I had a good chance of walking out with a car the whole time after wasting 4 hours of my day. I would not recommend this dealer to someone I liked. Just don't get your hopes up until you actually drive the car off! More

Good luck after signing the paper work! Let me start with I truly love the car I purchased. Llya was grest thru the buying process till the end. The price of the car was decent and the trade in value they gave me was fair so no complaints there. It was definitely a task to get my payments where I needed them to be, I get it they need to make money it’s a business but I think me fighting for my budget changed the whole process and how they treated me at the end. Llya was great thruenthe beginning of the process but dropped the ball when he didn’t have my car fully detailed and went on a 25 minute test drive with my spare set of car keys. My biggest complaint is they let me drive of that lot in my brand new car with no insurance xxx! I had my two boys with me 5,10 who were super excited about the new car and waited the whole time at the dealership to drive in my new car. I gave them all the info I even called for a quote but they never set it up I don’t even know how they got the registration. Needless to say that could of been really bad if something happened on the way home. Make sure to read the description thruely because they only copy and paste the descriptions that are fully loaded and some of the vehicles they are selling don’t actually come with the car, so make sure to ask lots questions you don’t wanna be charged for something that isn’t there. My finance officer wasn’t that pleasant and I will never sit at a desk with that guy again.!all and all love the car dealership nothing special for sure. I won’t recommend them to any of my friends. They have a long way to Go for customer service , to be truest honest I couldn’t even tell you what services they offer besides car washes for life and the only reason I found out about that was from someone who doesn’t even work there while waiting for my spare set to return from the test drive 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽 More
