Sales The sales person I was working with was nice and friendly but everything was rushed. The sales manager and sales rep rushed to the deal done and mad The sales person I was working with was nice and friendly but everything was rushed. The sales manager and sales rep rushed to the deal done and made a mistake hopefully unintended and put in a different price for my trade then what I verified for them and in return calling me over a week numerous times. I left the dealer with front window pricing stickers still on the car, insurance was never switched after I provided insurance info I ended up adding vehicle the next morning to my policy. I understand it was late but I explained upfront what my expectations where and if any of the requests couldn't be made I would move on. So because someone made this mistake and getting the calls to pay an extra 300 is ridiculous. I can deal with the small things like the insurance or cleaning of my new vehicle but the fact that I got calls about additional money we already finalized the numbers and deal is unprofessional and shows either Inexperience or deception from the dealer and now will no longer recommend the dealer to others and avoid this happening to them! More

They want customer their sales rating or down but they do nothing to encourage or speak nicely and honestly to the consumer. This is my point of view. Tread carefully All I can say is I went to this dealership with a positive mind and got out disrespected and disgusted with the person I dealt with. The manager Jose All I can say is I went to this dealership with a positive mind and got out disrespected and disgusted with the person I dealt with. The manager Jose Arias which at fist seem a very professional and a decent person became really pushy and omnipotent. While discussing the price, dealer fee and trade in value Jose Arias became agitated and even resulting to yelling something that in his profession he should restrain from. But well I guess anyone can have a bad day and lose the temper no big deal. My take away is tread carefully when dealing with this business and do your homework before hand, I am going to give you few reasons why. First, Jose Arias was forcing me to accept and pay around $900 for aftermarket upgrades done by the dealership like window tinting among few others that I considered were too expensive. I ask him if I could delete that from my deal and he say simple No "that's is the way we do it here." Secondly was the dealership fee, they were charging around $1000 which the other dealer I end up buying my car was a mere $300. So, shop smart if you decide to buy from this people, and Jose my man take it easy and don't lose your wits. God Bless. More
