I feel I was cheated for the third time on the same car with this dealership. They were supposed to take my old car as a trade in but instead screwed me by bringing it to Honda as an end of the lease for with this dealership. They were supposed to take my old car as a trade in but instead screwed me by bringing it to Honda as an end of the lease for which they have been billing me over $1800. They also tried to hold me up for another $300 to pick up my registration paperwork for which I had already paid the transfer fee at purchase, which was outright thievery. Then I was supposed to receive two years of oil changes. When I went in for my fourth change just before the two years were up I ended up waiting an hour only to find they wouldn't honor the contract. I have also started doing all my service at Honda even on my Rogue. Now I made the very stupid decision to trust them once again. I felt I would buy out my lease instead of turning it in. My purchase price according to Nissan finance was a little over $12,100. I knew there was a $395 end of lease fee and I would have to pay tax on the balance and some kind of transfer fee. Instead they tried to stick me with over $4000 in fake charges including almost $1000 to transfer the title and $1000 dealer fee to sell me the car for a second time. Once again, I went to Honda, right across the street, where they took the car off my hands in 30 minutes and made me a good deal on a HRV. (And I made sure they didn't screw me on the trade in like you did.) So to sum up, they are nothing but cheats and liars More
I should have done a better job reading all the negative reviews about Greenacres Nissan before I bought my car. If anyone from the dealership posts in a reply to this review that they would like to talk or reviews about Greenacres Nissan before I bought my car. If anyone from the dealership posts in a reply to this review that they would like to talk or regret my negative experience, don’t believe it. They’ve had 5 days to fix their problems and the dealership knows they are getting a bad review. I think they pride themselves on bad reviews – it means they scammed the customer and made the sale at all costs. So know that’s the goal at this dealership – not good reviews, not good customer service, not repeat business. They are a once and done dealership – and scam you for the highest prices. They have to since they don’t get any repeat business. 1) Their email does not work – there is no communicating with these guys other than calls that are convenient to their schedule, not yours. I sent about 10 emails in advance asking questions, trying to schedule a showing - not one response. 2) The base of my car was a great deal. But you can see their “fees” for yourself: $14,000 – selling price $1973 – safety and reconditioning $279 – taxable fees $999 – doc fee $1085 – tax $459 – non tax fees $18795 – total I said I would buy the car @ $18K even – and yes, I realize at least $2500 of these fees are ludicrous and a scam. My signature is on a piece of paper that has $18K written on it. But they refused to honor that price and insisted on charging the full $18,795. Frank and Serge are well aware this bad review is being published. 3) Bought the car on a Saturday and was definitely told they would clean it – I specifically asked. It’s a used car with some upholstery spots. They had 5 days – when I picked up the car, it was not cleaned. Then the salesperson lied twice “we didn’t have time” and when I said, um 5 days??? He said “we don’t really clean used cars”. How many more lies are in their playbook? I don’t know. First thing I did when I drove off the lot was schedule a detail for $170. So add that to the cost of the car. $5K in fees and taxes on a $14K car. Absurd. Stay away from this dealership unless you enjoy overpaying for your dirty car (during Covid, of all times) and being treated poorly. More
No mask, poor service! I couldn't have been more disappointed with the customer service given at Greenacres Nissan. Please be careful if you go into this dealership. When I couldn't have been more disappointed with the customer service given at Greenacres Nissan. Please be careful if you go into this dealership. When I asked the salesperson to please put on a mask for our meeting, she looked surprised, and then annoyed. I explained to her, it was for her protection, as well as mine. I had scheduled this appointment for an estimate on my car for a possible trade-in. I was shown the low offer in writing, but when she refused (after consulting her manager) to give me a copy, I left. Complete waste of my time. More

It was $20,000 cash but the day Before the price dropped $16,000 so I asked for the new deal. I couldn’t get it. I was tie with them because I changed a previously car (Toyota Prius) that I bought with them. Now I see in Lorenzo Fort Laudardale Nissan kicks 2020 for less $20,000 for SR trim with 10 miles. I really dissatisfy with the service. Hi More

I was looking to buy a Toyota Prius and they had one in stock which had the mileage and all the features I was looking for. I made an appointment to go in and see the car and get financing options, etc. I test drove the car and all seemed well, and I wanted to buy the car. I made one stipulation to these people which was that since the prius was a very specialty car with a hybrid electrical system, battery, etc? That I just wanted to have it checked out by a toyota dealer just to be safe that there were no issues with those systems. I sat down with the Manager Dane, who told me that having the car checked out would be no problem and I could bring it to Toyota before making the final buy. We then sat there for about an additional 3 hours negotiating rates, prices, they ran my credit (which by the way damages your credit every time you get an inquiry), and we came up with a final monthly payment, etc. Before I get to the worst part of this just know, DO NOT believe the advertised price they give you. Once you get in there the price of the car is one thing, but then they tack on $3 - $4000 in other "fees", which is bad business in my mind first of all. But I negotiated some of those fees down and we landed upon a payment and price I was OK with. Once this was done, i got on the phone with my insurance company right in front of them and got rates, etc and got that quote ready to go using the cars VIN, end everything was ready to go. I also called a local Toyota dealer right in front of the manager and the sales man and made an appointment to bring the car in the next day, since it was after 5pm and their service department was closed at that time. But they were willing to take me on Sunday, the next day to take a look at the car. With the entire deal ready to go, and the appointment made with toyota for the morning the next day? I shook hands with the salesman and the manager and we all agreed I would pick up the car the next day, and as long as Toyota gave the car a clean bill of health? I'd be buying it and driving it out of there Sunday afternoon. I probably spent 4 hours with them setting all this up, etc. The next day when I call the manager to tell him I'm going to be coming in to take the car in? I'm told: 'Oh yeah, sorry. We sold the car to someone else last night after you left...." WHAAAAATTTTT???????? After talking to someone for 4 hours, setting up a whole plan, my credit run and damaged, the deal negotiated, everything ready to go? The MOMENT I leave there, they sell the car to someone else. I have never in my life dealt with a company which is this dishonest in the way they do things. To make matters even worse? When I got on the phone with the manager again? It was like nothing had happened, as if I should have expected them to have sold the car out from under me, right after I left. It was an absolutely incredible conversation. After talking to a CUSTOMER for 4 hours and making an agreement with them? You would think MAYBE a reputable place might make a call to that customer BEFORE selling the car out from under them to another person. Had I KNOWN that the car would still be for sale after I left? I would have put a deposit down, something to hold the car. Not ONCE was I told that once I left, they were still going to look to sell the car to someone else. Never would that have entered my mind. WHO DOES BUSINESS LIKE THIS???!!???? UNBELIEVABLE Do yourself a favor? Look elsewhere to buy a new or used car. I now have wasted an entire day, my credit is damaged, I wasted other peoples time at Toyota setting a whole appointment up, and I have absolutely ZERO to show for this; all because I made the decision to try to deal with this very unscrupulous place. Dont trust them, and don't think that because they tell you something? That their words mean anything. They'll smile to your face, and talk a good game; But don't fall for it. They avoided my pleas for assistance and choked my wallet dry. Then, along came JOE"L PERKINS, new to Greenacres who literally renewed my faith in mankind. Broke, and mentally broken I had little faith I would get my car back but Joe'l asked to be given a chance. I said ok. Joe'l did what he said he would do, went above and beyond and delivered my car ...just what I wanted done, running strong, tight, and smooth! I don't know about anyone else, but if you are looking for performance, reliability, and safety, ask for Joe'l. He won't let you down. Jerry MacFarland More

I was hoping to be able to give 0 stars but the site will not allow it. Let me get to the point. This place from start to finish was a nightmare experience. First, our sales guy Roberto sells us a new Pathfi not allow it. Let me get to the point. This place from start to finish was a nightmare experience. First, our sales guy Roberto sells us a new Pathfinder with no mats. Went back a week later, and the response was, "oops, we dropped the ball." Next, we drive the car for a day, about 20 miles and the wheel starts shaking. My father almost went off the road. Turns out, the rotors were bad and the solution was to shave the rotors and not replace. Spoke to the dealer and Nissan directly but no one wanted to solve my problem. So now I am driving on shaven rotors on a brand new under 100 mile car. Every friend I told this to were shocked by the "Solution" Greenacres Nissan offered. But that's ok because all of my friends and my social media Friends are aware of how they treated me and said they would never do business with a place that would not budge on replacing the rotors on my brand new car. Finally, I am a repeat Nissan customer "From a different dealer" that I wish I went to instead of Greenacres, I was offered a $100 loyalty check. One and a half months went by and when I called they said they misplaced my W9 with my social and the copy of my license. Ray Lozano from sales and Ray from finance misplaced my private information. Ray from Finance was giving me the run around instead of jut taking care of my check and getting me out of his hair. After 10 calls or more calls, Beth from accounting (which I had to jump hoops to speak with) was able to get me the check. However, my social and copy of Picture ID (with my home address on it) is still missing. To sum this all up, I have never had such a horrible experience from start to finish than Greenacres Nissan. I know when I get a response on here, they will say we are so sorry, blah, blah, blah. I am done with the sorry's and the lack of experience from Greenacres Nissan. DO-NOT-SHOP-HERE. More
