This dealership doesn't stand behind what their sales people tell customers. After getting their direction on solving it (new keyfob), they did not honor the salespeople's promises and I am out $190, w people tell customers. Be careful here.Our initial negotiations and final price were fine. But were "mislead" by the Finance person. The next day after reviewing the "many" papers we signed, I called this person to discuss my dis were fine. But were "mislead" by the Finance person. The next day after reviewing the "many" papers we signed, I called this person to discuss my displeasure with the Extended warranty price being different then what he quoted. He said I should come to the Dealership and discuss it. I did and he proceeded to tell me that he "probably" should have been clearer and offered me $200.00 to settle this dispute. And to give him "a couple of days to get the check processed". Five days later I was there again, no check received, and I asked the Customer Loyalty Manager to look into it, she said she would call me. As of today no check yet, no call back from Loyalty Mgr.,NO Nissan customer satisfaction survey. They may have stopped that since they know I am unhappy. Be very careful here and listen closely. More

Very unpleasant experience. I purchased an Altima under a month and contacted the manager Red to inquire on my tag. I had a transfer title/tag and well due to lack of communication from my old vehicle that w month and contacted the manager Red to inquire on my tag. I had a transfer title/tag and well due to lack of communication from my old vehicle that was a trade in, the tag was on the old vehicle. I wanted to know what is the process to have a replacement and that's when everything went down hill. I was told by this manager Red who at first I thought was a very pleasant person that the lack of communication and understanding is my fault and now since all paperwork work has been completed he can not help. I explained I have no tag now and inquired on another tag or purchasing another temp tag. He said it's out of his hands as the deal is done and I would need to figure it out with the DMV. Now mind you this is the day before Christmas Eve. I have 4 other family members to purchase cars and they were to do business here. But my family rightfully believes this treatment is because I am a woman and also a woman of color. I will not be bringing the new business to Greenacres Nissan and my niece will be going on Saturday instead to Earl Stewart Toyota. More
