I had a wonderful first visit with Izzy as a sales associate. He tried his best to make my life better. My problem was with the follow up that caused me a problem. If the corporation would be upfront associate. He tried his best to make my life better. My problem was with the follow up that caused me a problem. If the corporation would be upfront immediately with a legitimate cost, it would have gone down fast. It took my wife and I five visits to realize that we could not do business with the dealer. This dealership doesn't stand behind what their sales people tell customers. After getting their direction on solving it (new keyfob), they did not honor the salespeople's promises and I am out $190, w people tell customers.
