Great staff, welcoming feeling when you walk in there. Have to negotiate for the best price during these times but we left happy and will buy again in the future. Have to negotiate for the best price during these times but we left happy and will buy again in the future. More

Buying a car here was a great experience. Edwin Roderiguez was a super salesman because he never put any pressure on me. Extremely helpful providing info and even bringing out three cars for me to Roderiguez was a super salesman because he never put any pressure on me. Extremely helpful providing info and even bringing out three cars for me to look at. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Even the finance guy Marc Rapp was easy to deal with. Before this I dreaded going to dealerships. This changed my whole opinion. I More
I do not have words to describe how unprofessional and selfish this dealership is. I went there around four times, chose a car, which was going to be MY FIRST CAR EVER, went through all the process of sig selfish this dealership is. I went there around four times, chose a car, which was going to be MY FIRST CAR EVER, went through all the process of signing documents, ran my co-signers credit which obviously went down, THEY GAVE ME THE CAR REGISTRATION AND PLATE, and accepted a $1500 down payment, just to find out a week later that they had sell the car to another person. They are absolutely not client-oriented and probably just managed to manipulate someone into a business that would benefit them better and give them more money. They have no regard or respect for their clients time and money. As if buying a car isn’t frustrating enough, imagine going through all the process and getting nothing at the end. I guarantee that this wasn’t a mistake. Worst part? They have been avoiding my calls and text messages for over a week and refused to tell me what was going on over the phone, obviously they wanted me to go to the dealership in order to convince to make another business for a different car. They are still avoiding my calls, and my salesperson hasn’t even communicated with me until this moment. There are thousands of dealerships in Florida, and if you are considering buying or leasing a new car do not ever consider setting a foot in this place. More
I was pleased from the start when the general manager himself stepped in and moved the close up quickly. I wasn't thrilled with the wait for accounting and the insurance transfer. I had a small problem w himself stepped in and moved the close up quickly. I wasn't thrilled with the wait for accounting and the insurance transfer. I had a small problem when leaving and the asst. general manager stepped up to the plate resolved the issue quickly and I was on my way. I will likely buy another vehicle there soon. More
In the almost 2 years I had my car serviced at Greenacres Nissan, my very reliable and reasonably affordable to service Pathfinder magically became unreliable and very expensive to maintain. When I finally d Nissan, my very reliable and reasonably affordable to service Pathfinder magically became unreliable and very expensive to maintain. When I finally discovered the service department wasn’t doing the maintenance I was paying to have done, the service advisor admitted to an instance they charged me and did not perform the service (he had to bc the proof was unfortunately very visible), agreed to refund that service, and cover 1/2 the cost of the expensive repair their negligence caused. It is written on my invoice that I am owed a refund and the discounted service. And then I was ghosted. The service advisor, department manager, and general manager of the dealership have all refused my calls, won’t return the calls, and don’t respond to email. The service manager told me awhile back the dealership has been cited for fraud several times and had to replace their entire service department in 2019 bc of the fraud claim. But I’m starting to believe the fraud runs all the way up the chain. I have reported them to Nissan USA. I’ll be making a report with BBB. And I’m posting here. I hope no one else gets taken advantage of the way I was. It’s not even about the money - it’s a dangerous game to play when you’re entrusted with the safety of someone’s vehicle. Also beware all the fraudulent service reports are on the car fax for this car, and I cannot figure out how to report that - so whomever buys this car next won’t have a truthful report of maintenance bc of this lying dealership. I’m sure they’ll try to refute my claims bc that’s what they appear to do, but at the end of the day I couldn’t not report my experience to let other’s know this may be a dealership you want to avoid.
