Friendly, Quality, and Professional Customer Service The young men in the service department are professional and courteous. They have never offered me a service or product that I didn't need e.g., afte The young men in the service department are professional and courteous. They have never offered me a service or product that I didn't need e.g., after leaving my doctor's appointment, my car would not start. My doctor jumped the battery but advised me to take my car to Auto Zone. The A.Z. representative offered to sell me a battery and advised I would need an alternator. Although it was approximately 7:00 p.m. or 7:30 p.m., I decided to drive (I left it running) my car to Greens. The Greens' representatives, three guys including Mr. Epperson (I think that is his name) not only advised me to leave my car but scheduled it for service the next day. The next morning a service rep. kept me informed (he telephoned me three times) of the progress of my car. He explained the battery's cells were not holding a charge. In doing so, my battery was replaced, at no cost, and I did not need an alternator! It's rare to find good, quality, customer service like Green's Customer Service Department; you're good people and I'll tell everyone I know. Thanks More
