I was most fortunate to be able to trade in my wonderful hybrid Rav 4 (2020) for a brand new one with a good trade in offer. Chad was wonderful to work with again, and even though he was going on vacation the next week, he set everything up so the final delivery was easy through Brad. Chad maintained communication with me in an effective way. This whole process has confirmed my appreciation of Green's and insures that they will continue to have my business. More
