The appointment was easy to make online, the wait time was minimal, the car was delivered just a little over an hour, just as the service agent informed me. This time I received a call when it was ready--much better than awaiting word on the intercom in the waiting room. The car is running just right and I have every confidence in it until the next check up. More

I had a 10a appointment for my 6 month planned maintenance. When I arrived there were cars backed up some 3 deep at each bay door. I had another appointment to get to (not expecting this delay a maintenance. When I arrived there were cars backed up some 3 deep at each bay door. I had another appointment to get to (not expecting this delay and the person taking me was waiting in the lot). I parked the car, walked into the service was greeted by service rep, Daniel St Louis. I explained my situation. He expedited my check-in, and I was able to get to my other appointment in a timely manner. I appreciate this customer first response and it made my day go very well. More
