Scheduled service visit I’ve had 3 scheduled oil change/service visits and they’ve all been great. The waiting area is nice. I would be happy to see Greens improve the P.A. I’ve had 3 scheduled oil change/service visits and they’ve all been great. The waiting area is nice. I would be happy to see Greens improve the P.A. sound system coming from the service department. When the service guys call a name from the back it is difficult it not impossible to understand. It sounds worse than a drive through speaker from the 80s. (The PA system in the front offices is more clear) More

Oil and Filter service. Took my Avalon in for oil and filter service. vehicle taken in for service soon after arrival.
