He listened carefully and then showed us a car that exactly fit our stated specifications.He was friendly, helpful and professional. We purchased the vehicle. Unfortunately, upon arriving home we discovered an issue with the vehicle. In no way do I hold him responsible for this. The nature of the issue precluded him from having prior knowledge of its existence.
