I went in to have my oil changed and tires rotated. I had an appointment and they were right on time. The service attendant was very nice and explained everything they did. The best dealer service we have delt with, especially being we disnt even buy the car from them. Dropped car off for initial inspection of no heat on passenger side of VW Passat, they found heatercore pl being we disnt even buy the car from them. Dropped car off for initial inspection of no heat on passenger side of VW Passat, they found heatercore plugged. They were able to changed the heater core and flush the coolant system twice per the VW service bulletin on the initial visit.
