We are sorry for your disappointment. When we trade for a vehicle, they are automatically posted to our website. This includes vehicles we wish to wholesale to outside companies who refurbish them then sell them on their lots. We typically can pull these down within a few hours, but some do end up on the website for longer than we would like. This unit in particular was intended for wholesale which makes it an "as is" vehicle. The agreed upon $4,000 would have been an "out the door" cost for an as-is unit. However, upon realizing it was for a new driver and it would need maintenance, a $4,000 price tag would have made us lose more than $2,500 in the repair costs. At the end of the day we are a business and can't lose that much money on a deal.

If that was the case we should have been told when we looked at it Thursday night when it was on the website, then we should have notified of this as an As Is vehicle and a deal should not have been made! And the recalls should have been taken care of in the first place as you can't sell vehicles with recalls not being taken care of. Point is you guys screwed up and made a deal with a customer and when it was time to sign you tried to renegotiate another deal. Just admit that you were wrong and you screwed a customer point blank as I have it all in writing so you can say whatever you want but the. point is you did the customer wrong. I will keep my business with Green Hyundai!
