He had valuable suggestions about my insurance and maintenance too.These cars are well-known for heavy steering after high millages, and you are supposed to pay about 2-3 grands to replace the steering columns. Carlos organized to fix this for free even after buying the car and Steve, the service manager, ordered a week ago and fully replaced this within a day and my balance was 0 dollar total. They paid full amount of money (around 2,300$) for the column. Now she is very smooth like a brand new car. I am really happy to buy this car from these wonderful people and skillful experts. More

They found oil leaking from the engine probably from a valve cover and an exhaust that would would need to be replaced shortly, front to back. Carlos said he would talk to his mechanics about those issues and call me back. He said he could get a much better price on the exhaust from his own mechanics. He never called back. I called him and he said his mechanics found nothing wrong with the exhaust or anything else. Took a pass. At least call me, Carlos. You're sitting by the phone every time I called you. More

Liars This dealership sold me a car that they claimed had a clean title and then I come to find out that it’s a rebuilt car that frame damage. In reality that has nothing to do with the actual value of my car. I tell him anyways and his offer is 2.5-3k lower than i got when shopping around. He was angry that it wasn't worth my time. A lot of back and forth with him saying I was playing games. Long story short, I had to end the email conversation because it was so rude and I then knew I'd never ever consider buying a car from them because of this guy Mike Donahue. More

Dont waste your money bought a 2012 g37x from them. With in a week i was having problems. Brought it back to the dealer for repairs. They told me nothing was wrong. The pr bought a 2012 g37x from them. With in a week i was having problems. Brought it back to the dealer for repairs. They told me nothing was wrong. The problem contuined so i brought back for a second time. They told be it waa fine it was suppose to do that. Eneded up bringing the car to infiniti delaer. They fixed the issues with cost me $2,500 in repairs. 2 bad front wheel barring and an axle. Also the power sterring resevor had to be replaced. The worst thing is i asked them to look at those thing and they never did. Long stroy short dont buy from them. You will regret it. Dont trust them there really nice until u sign those papers. More
