After six attempts my car still isn't fixed I was hesitant to write this review since I really just wanted to be done with Green. I came in with a problem with my 2008 Hyundai Santa Fe. My car radio would stay on even when i turned the car off and pulled out my key. Even turning it off manually didnt help as it still pulled enough current to drain my battery over night. It was very intermittent and to my dismay every time I brought my car to Green the problem would stop occurring. I brought it in and was told it was a busted ignition switch. I had that replaced and a week later the problem started happening again. I brought it in again and let them look at it for about 5 hours and they could not replicate the issue (ie. car radio staying on). However my battery was now "testing bad" so I had it replaced. As expected the issue showed it's ugly face again. I left a poor review on surecritic for them and they reached out to me to have me bring it in and offered a discount on some other repairs i needed. I brought my car in again and once again, they could not replicate the issue but they offered to replace the ignition switch contactors. They initially either installed them wrong since it caused my windows to stop working, headlights didnt come one, and many other issues. They replaced them again the next day and after those were replaced the car seemed fine. I left an updated review remarking of my positive experience with management and their signs of improvement since I believed the issue to be resolved. However after another week passed the issue started happening again... This time i decided to do some diagnosis myself. Since they originally suspected it was the ignition switch, I pulled the ignition relay from my fusebox and my radio was still on after i pulled out the key. Without this relay the ignition switch would be completely out of circuit so I now knew the original repair that I spent $250 on was not even necessary as it was not the problem. I dig deeper. Since I know the issue is affecting my radio, I used my multimeter to measure the current running through my audio circuit. It was pulling 1 amp of current. I am an electrical engineer by profession and knew this to be waaaaay too much. 1 amp will drain my car battery to the point of not starting in about 10 hours. I went back into Green with this new information, and for once when I pulled up the problem was still occurring. Two of the support staff and one of the technicians all saw it. And as soon as the technician got in the car the problem disappeared again. Regardless, they offered to take a look again, free of charge so I left the car with them. I told them the information I had gathered about the igintion relay and the current draw. I was told the current draw was "normal to hold memory information for the car radio". I mention to them that I am electrical engineer and know that memory circuits will only operate with 100-200 micro amps which is somewhere about 500,000 time smaller than what was measured. So right off the bat they are trying to lie to me which I don't appreciate. They keep the car for four days and I pick it up. I am told them could not get the issue to replicate again but "found two fuses that were plugged in that weren't necessary since the circuits they connect to are not installed". I was told this was the cause of my issue. Now I have to reiterate that I am an electrical engineer. I knew this made exactly 0 sense electrically. A fuse is essentially an electrical short that is designed to heat up and fail after enough current passes through it. This means that if there is no circuit attached on the other end (ie. no electrical load on the fuse) then there is no way for any current to flow through the fuse and it is exactly identical to not having the fuse installed in the first place. Since they lied to me twice now and failed the repair five times I decided to just leave without expressing my distaste for them. Naturally a week later the issue popped up again. I now just drive in the silence without any music since I have to pull my audio fuse to prevent my car battery from draining over night. I seriously can not recommend anyone ever use Green's service center. The support staff are all very kind and do their jobs excellently. The management was very fair to me and offered discounts on other repairs i had done. The call staff was always friendly and helpful. But the technicians lie to customers and just don't seem to know what they're doing. I will never be back. I've given them too many chances already. I wish I could update my review again and take back the positive remarks I gave them. After six chances they just could not get it right. And worse than that the technicians had the audacity to lie to me. I feel for customers who do not have the technical expertise to know when they're being lied to. I question the other repairs that were done (mechanical repairs) since I am not knowledgeable on that subject, I can't be sure I wasn't lied to about needing the repairs or what would happen if I didn't get them. I have no more trust in Green's service department and I will never be back there again. More
Simply Incredible...Could Not be Happier I will start by stating I am not related to or friends with anyone at this dealership. After failing at four different dealerships in the region (vehicle as low miles as possible for payment no more than $200.00/month), I completely lucked out. A last ditch effort as my clunker is literally about to stop running -- threatening to take away my independence and ability to see my daughter every other weekend after a horrible and heartbreaking divorce -- Kurt at Green Hyundai gave me a flicker of hope. He was completely confident that he could help from the first phone call. As I am rebuilding credit following the aforementioned awful divorce that forced me to relocate and start my life from scratch, Kurt and the staff understood. Long story short, not only did they find me a vehicle in my price range and within the mileage I sought, they found me a fantastic car at a deal I would NEVER find anywhere else. Seriously. This is about more than a car. This is about helping me regain my life and independence. And I love the car. They literally passed on profit for the time being to secure me and my parents as a customer for the long haul. And I am now a customer for life. I cannot thank them enough for rescuing me. It means more than I can write. If you are in a similar situation, give them a call. I thought there was no chance. More

One of the best truck buying experience I've had Good experience except for the delivery. I was just given the keys and let go.
