Two things that struck me as odd: 1) the salesman didn’t know where car seat latches were located and I had to teach him about it. 2) the floor manager talked about making a deal so “xxxxxxxx” I wouldn’t want to leave yet his use of the word almost made me walk out that instant. Friendly staff and great customer service We have been long time customers of Green Hyundai. A few times we have gone to a different dealer and we have quickly realized that just because they We have been long time customers of Green Hyundai. A few times we have gone to a different dealer and we have quickly realized that just because they have the same Green name, doesn’t mean they have the same Green Hyundai customer service. This time, our interaction was just as expected. We were provided with exceptional care by the staff and were able to trade into a vehicle that fits our family’s needs. In the past, we have always been provided with a fresh wash and a full tank of gas before leaving. Maybe it was because it was toward the end of the day, but we left with 13 miles til empty. Not a huge deal, but when someone is spending the kind of money you do on a vehicle, it would be kind to send them off without a worry of needing to stop for gas immediately. Cory was kind, and his new salesman trainee, Cole treated us so kindly. They both got to know what we were looking for and listened when we said “no, not this one- and here is why.” to a few cars.
