Finance guy in the back room to do all paper work is not the friendliest. I understand he is busy doing his job and trying to get everyone who buys a car, in and out. I had my car (2006 Hyundai Tiburon) towed to Green Hyundai on august 15 for repair. It is now october 21st, and they are only NOW getting around to working on my car. After replacing some parts on my Hyundai on august 15 for repair. It is now october 21st, and they are only NOW getting around to working on my car. After replacing some parts on my own, I found that my clutch went out. I had my car towed to this facility with instructions to replace the clutch. Brian then convinced me that the parts that I replaced on my car were faulty, and needed replaced again, not even addressing the clutch. They call me back today to tell me they replaced the parts that I already replaced before having it towed to them. After having my car there FOR MONTHS, they tell me my clutch needs replaced. I already told them that the day it was towed there. To have them even touch my car, I had to continuously call them, playing cat and mouse trying to get ahold of someone and complaining. Apparently I owe them $500 for my car to be in exactly the same condition that it was towed in with, which is a non-drivable vehicle. On top of that they quoted me an insane price to replace the clutch if I wanted to, which exceeds the value of the car. I have never in my life written a negative review anywhere. But I have had it up to here. In my opinion, this type of service, and scalped prices are completely unacceptable. I DO NOT recommend taking your vehicle to this service center, unless you want to be tooled around with for months, just to be over quoted by thousands of dollars, and the situation NOT being resolved after being told "this will fix it". More

They got me in a brand new 2022 Venue, while most dealerships were trying to sell me used with high mileage for the same price. This was the only lot I stepped foot on and the only car I looked at in person before purchasing. I feel very happy with my decision and would recommend Green Hyundai in Springfield every time! I will definitely be returning. More

I went to the one in the mall and once you walk in your greeted in the best way possible and let me tell you the joy I got when I signed the papers and walk out of the room and everyone was clapping and congratulating me!!!
