Customer service is good the people are friendly but there is no point in scheduling service online when you still have to tell them what services you are getting when you drop your car off. If I have to select all the services needed online there should be a record of that. Also when selecting the services online they have the prices and then when you get your bill the prices do not match and are higher than what they are said to be. Either the prices need to match or they need to take the prices down. I should not have had to pay almost 50 dollars for wipers when the service I signed up for said 29 for the pair. The repair itself was fine, but because I had no appointment (car wouldn’t start and was towed in) they had the car much longer than the repair itself would have taken. After spending over $800 on a repair I don’t think it’s to much to ask a dealership to return my car to me without looking like it was parked under a bird aviary the whole time they had it. More
