Took my truck in for an oil change 1/10/22. I have the premium maintenance package with full synthetic oil. They used synthetic blend and did not rotate my tire. I brought a brand new 2021 Expedition in December 2021 and have had an issue with the engine and axle possibly. While the salesman was superb, the management has not been. They have refused to address me directly, have voiced no concern for the issues I have had, have not offered any resolution to my problem or responsibility for selling me a defective vehicle. Thankfully I have laws to protect me from being forced to keep a vehicle that is defective. But I now know that the managerial staff at Greene Ford doesn’t care about my safety or satisfaction with my purchase. Based on their lack of engagement, They just want the money unfortunately. . Buyers beware!!!! More

No communication at all!! I ordered my part and no one called me to say the part was delivered. Also installing my part was the worst...lack of communication,was told it would be ready by the 3pm no one c called me to say the part was delivered.
