I know it was just miscommunication, but I came to get an oil change and tire rotation (Especially tire rotation) because my tires had not been rotated in 18,000-20,000 miles and it is very troublesome to oil change and tire rotation (Especially tire rotation) because my tires had not been rotated in 18,000-20,000 miles and it is very troublesome to do it on my own but when I paid I saw that the tires were not rotated and now the main reason I came there was for tire rotation and I will have to do it on my yard myself. Worst dealership to get a car serviced. Bought car there in 2016. Have a service agreement. I HAVE never received proper service here. Brought it in for 25,000 service. I brought my van in to have the doors fixed. There were two issues one was the locks the other was the passenger sliding door would automatically close on me and my kids which is dangerous. I was told it would be ready by the end of the day but it ended up being the next day because they were waiting on parts. When I picked up the van I again asked if both issues have been fixed and was assured that they had. The very next day I went to use the passenger sliding door it again automatically started closing on me when I was trying to reach inside. I then called the dealership and left a message for my service person I believe her name was Ashley and never received a call back More

Long story short Green ford is not well organized from the website to the shop for scheduling and getting work performed. They would not accept the website pricing for factory service of $67.00 and wanted the website to the shop for scheduling and getting work performed. They would not accept the website pricing for factory service of $67.00 and wanted $89.00. The factory pricing was supposed to include checking the automatic transmission fluid and rotate the tires, but they said it wold cost me a 1/2 hour labor to check the transmission. I said don't do it but do the rest on that program. They did not rotate the tires as requested as part of the factory service and didn't tell me until after they changed the oil. They did not clean up the oil filter drip tray where oil was drained from the oil filter, and it continued to run down the tray and dripped on my driveway and coated the underside of the truck. I had to get under the vehicle and wipe out the drip channel under the oil filter, and clean my driveway of the oil spot that was about 5 inches in diameter. Will not be going back to Green Ford for any service. More
