Everything went well with the service of my truck except I noticed after I left the decal for next service was calculated wrong. Truck had 51000 when serviced and new decal on windshield had next service I noticed after I left the decal for next service was calculated wrong. Purchased new tires. Had to return three times to get it right. Tech rounded out every lug nut, making it impossible to remove the wheels. The 1st return was because the tech forgot to return my wheel lock key. 2nd return was because one of my valve stem caps missing. The service advisor tried to claim it missing when it came in. My confidence in this dealership’s service department is low. How they handle my lug nuts and chipped paint will determine if I continue to use them. More
