Sam the "service person" assigned to me was rude, and unresponsive. When i dropped off my car I received a text saying that I could track my status and text for updates. The texts were never answered and the status of my car did not change until after 5pm when he finally called to let me know what the issue was. I had an appointment at 8:30. I would recommend DO NOT USE SAM. He is the rudest person i ever ever encountered at a dealership. The ladies I talked to were all very nice and there was a manager named Alex who was amazing. The over all experience was very stressful and super disappointing. I think my car is fixed but the amount charged for labor was unreal. More
Thanks to Kevin and Mark for getting my 2014 Escape transmission issues resolved. 2nd transmission 1st one went out at lees than 100.000 miles the 2nd went out at just 35,000 miles. Not 100% pleased wi transmission issues resolved. 2nd transmission 1st one went out at lees than 100.000 miles the 2nd went out at just 35,000 miles. Not 100% pleased with the Escape although the service at my most recent visit was spot on. Hopefully it is resolved for good. Thanks again to Kevin and Mark. More
