My car drives marvels I have 12momths warranty and I really trusted them!! Get organized and realize you are not the only game in the market! So far, I’ve had work done at Green Lincoln twice. And both times, I’ve been more than pleased with their labor, but most of all, their customer service. Kevin and Sandra deserve accolades for their patience, benevolence, and professionalism with customers. Not only that, but (and I wish I knew their names) the technicians were able to expediently and affordably solve an issue with my car’s wiring harness. I’ll definitely return, and not just for major repairs!!! More

The main Ford dealership on Wendover in Greensboro, NC. I haven’t brought my car there yet. I tried but since there was no spots for me that day and my check engine light was on I was advised to go down th I haven’t brought my car there yet. I tried but since there was no spots for me that day and my check engine light was on I was advised to go down the street to their overflow shop. Big mistake. The estimate they gave me to fix my car was almost $2500. I ended up fixing it myself for the cost of 1 bad coil who was under $100. I have since told anyone I know to never go there period. Ever. How they could give me that estimate is absurd and it reinforces the name stealership instead of dealership. They should be ashamed of themselves. The world is so upside down these days and life is a lot harder then is used to me and to go for the throat and give me that ridiculous and insulting estimate is just not good business. Just awful. If it wasn’t for Andrew at the main Ford dealership I wouldn’t ever step foot in a Ford dealership again but he’s without a doubt the only reason why I’m going to bring my car back there. Not to the overflow store but to the main dealership. I can’t wait to see what horrors await me when I do. Thanks for trying to rip me off Ford. Really appreciate that. Luckily I wasn’t born yesterday and was able to figure it out myself for thousands less then your joke of an estimate. And I’m not a mechanic btw by any means. Just someone who knows right from wrong and is trying to survive and what Ford did was wrong without question. They should be ashamed of themselves and embarrassed. Is there any more mechanics left in this world or just these people they call technicians. Big difference in my opinion. A mechanic would troubleshoot the situation and give you options but no not a tech. They go for the throat and give you advise to line their pockets instead of helping people like me potentially save money. So typical of dealerships but don’t think it’s just Ford who is guilty of this bad business practice. I can name at least one other dealership that I won’t that might be worse but that conversation is for another day. A very displeased Ford owner. Steven More

I have been buying and servicing w Green Ford since 2009. This experience was the worst I have had at any establishment. They broke two interior parts (defrost panel, passenger door panel) and did not acknow This experience was the worst I have had at any establishment. They broke two interior parts (defrost panel, passenger door panel) and did not acknowledge, admit, or offer to rectify. They performed no work, charged me $240 for looking at vehicle and “downloading software” and I left w a $2k estimate for work, which when I got a 2nd opinion only needed 1 of the 6 things listed. My father worked for Ford in Dearborn for 35 yrs…pretty sad. More
