My service was actually with Quick Lane not Green Ford Dealership. I have had better zervice in the past. When I was going to get into my vehicle I noticed oil running down the front of the bood and oily Dealership. I have had better zervice in the past. Just an all around bad experience. It started off okay as I originally took my car in for repair due to a recall causing transmission issues. They stated they fixed the part and that I It started off okay as I originally took my car in for repair due to a recall causing transmission issues. They stated they fixed the part and that I could come pick my car up, to find it doing the exact same thing it was doing before, so I know they didnt drive it to check to make sure it was fixed. Then had to schedule an appointment to take my car back for whatever the actual issue was. Made my appointment for 930 in the morning, assumed I would have my car back at latest, the next day, only for them to tell me, after me repeatedly calling and messaging them with no updates or information regarding my vehicle for multiple days, that I basically needed an entire new transmission and that it would cost me $6000. This is after already paying them $200 to do work on my car. Not to mention this is a 2013, $6000 is a bit ridiculous for that. I told the lady that was more than the car is worth that so that's redundant, go to pick my car up and they tell me I need to pay an addition $150 to just get it out. It cost me $150 for them to tell me I need "$6000 worth of work done". All because of this experience, I refuse to get another ford. As my boyfriend says it Found On Road Dead...explains it perfectly. I ended up taking my car to another shop and they are getting a new transmission put in for a quarter of the price. More
