Overall same as any dealership Overall my experience was OK. There was a couple of things wrong withe the car but they're getting them straighten now. So long as the finance guy didn't lie about being able to refinance in three months. Car's been in shop for almost a week now. If the problems were that bad why didn't they fix it while it was on the lot. More

Never a bad experience! Entire staff is professional, efficient, friendly and courteous. All are knowledgeable and genuinely show their concern for your needs. Exceeded Expectation Calling at 8:30 Saturday morning and was told to come right in. Greeted by a very friendly service agent, Ashley, who took my car in immediately. 30 Calling at 8:30 Saturday morning and was told to come right in. Greeted by a very friendly service agent, Ashley, who took my car in immediately. 30 minutes later she tracked me down in the showroom to tell me they could replace the damaged airflow for $275. I had been talking to salesmen who listened to my future needs. They were a pleasure to talk too. Not high pressure. 45 minutes later Ashley tracked me down. She presented a bill for $269. I was thinking $275 for the part plus labor. Quicker and less expensive than estimated. They treated me, an out of state customer wonderfully, even though they understood that I likely would not be back. I will listen to their suggestion for a new car by phone. It might be worth my while to come back. More

I was in for State Inspection Monny was very polite and very accommodating. He informed me about the 3 Model Year which I knew nothing about. I purchased a new 2016 Ford F-150 truck My experience with Green Ford was a great one. I traveled all the way from Florence SC to visit this car dealership. My thoughts was to go there, talk to a car sales specialist, make them aware that I'm a Navy Federal Member, then purchase a car/truck. When I first walk through the doors, I was greeted with warmed from the desk clerk. She summoned a car sales specialist. She greeted me with warmed as well. Then, introduced me to a gentleman named Richard T. Walan. He introduced himself, sat me down, then went over some important reasons of why I should purchase a new truck from Green Ford. He was very well knowledgeable in the Ford F-150 truck series. He showed me some trucks, then noticed the very truck that fits my style. From talking to me, he showed he a new 2016 Ford F-150 XLT Truck. By introducing me to all the features, he noticed that a fell in love with this vehicle. Richard checked my drivers license, then handed me the keys. We went on a ride in this luxuries truck. To make a long story short, we drove back to the dealership and sat down to come up with the best solution to make this deal possible. He clearly stated that " I wasn't leaving without this truck today." Richard made the deal a reality, I purchased the vehicle. He was an outstanding car salesman. The way he guided me through the process was amazing. I could tell that he wanted me to feel as comfortable as possible. After the paperwork was all signed, Richard introduced me to Alex Wagar. He was very knowledgeable on all the interior features of the truck. He describe in great detail the do's & don'ts of the truck. Thanks to all the Green Ford staff who helped to make my visit there a very successful one. More
