Finally a Ford dealership with service! Being from Burlington I tried the local Ford dealerships. With no success I tried to set up appointments with both Stearns and County. Stearns never called back and County's online scheduling did not work. I decided to call Green Ford. My experience could not have been better. This is also the first dealership I have seen that has a technology person. I could not stump him on my Mustang or F150 Sync systems. Alex went out of his way to answer all my questions and make sure all issues were closed. Very refreshing. And by the way - I could not leave a voicemail for the County or Stearns as I was told they don't check their voicemails. I got an email address and sent to an owner. That's been 2 weeks now with absolutely NO RESPONSE. Glad to find a dealership that cares. More
