I have a transit van with lease plan. Transmission trouble. I get calls for my f350, my chevy traverse and many others I don’t have. Call to get an update- they can’t find it. Stopped in after 5 weeks to get parts out of the van and they tell me it has been fixed. That was the first time- less than 1000 miles later and all my transmission fluid is on the road and the back of the van. If it was my personal vehicle you would probably know me personally. More

I don't know if I would recommend the dealership. ...the proverbial ball was dropped so many times between my credit union and the dealership I don't know who made it worse.
