Truck was towed in and did not get diagnosed until 2 weeks after. Rude customer service, no loaner cars available. They had no idea when my car would get taken in to get diagnosed. Whoever finally worked on the sensor after 2 weeks gave me my truck back with chewed off finger nails all over my seat and driver side it was disgusting! Who would do such a thing! I would never bring my truck back here or recommend them to anyone. More

Poor communication. Ordered parts and they picked up my truck,parts not there. Don’t return calls or emails to schedule service. Don’t pick up the phone. Finally when you go in they can’t help you. They charged me for a part that they said they were ordering. I own two Fords and would never buy another because of this service center. I have to go to a neighboring town or an unaffiliated garage for anything because this service center is so unprofessional.
