Chevy owner Well we bought a 15 Chevy Silverado and had all the promises of 1st oil change on the house. Well come time to check out 1: they are trying to charge me, 2: they cant really answer if tires were balanced b/c that should be what I paid for. . ... needless to say they couldn't figure out you guys sell Chevys as well and it was free... ... Nice people and quick aside from that. More

Over charged along with bad customer service My daughter's is in school in Greensboro. Her serpentine belt had broken. I had towed to the local Ford Dealership, there in Greensboro, Greens Ford. My daughter's is in school in Greensboro. Her serpentine belt had broken. I had towed to the local Ford Dealership, there in Greensboro, Greens Ford. They overcharged for the serpentine 377.00 as I called my local Ford dealership here in Raleigh-Durham they quoted me 177.00 & approximately 220.00 altogether. My end cost with these guys was 540.00. Highly disappointed with the service as I have multiple Ford cars and never had this issue. I called and was told someone would contact me back. I never received a call back. By far the worst experience from a Ford dealership and should be shame of themselves. More
