Was not it until the second day we finally got a hold of someone and they said the delay was because the mechanic had a family emergency. Did every mechanic I have the same family member? Are they all related? Went to a dealer to avoid ridiculous issues like such and still had to deal with nonsense. More

Electrical problem For no apparent reason, my vehicle failed to start one day. After repeated jump starts, I took it to Green Ford. They searched for about every electri For no apparent reason, my vehicle failed to start one day. After repeated jump starts, I took it to Green Ford. They searched for about every electrical problem possible and found nothing. They suggested keeping it the weekend hooked to equipment looking for a possible power drainage. Everything passed with flying colors, so I picked the vehicle up. The staff was worried that I would get it home and it would fail again. The problem remains a mystery and has worked fine since. Bottom line here... this shows the dedication and concern that the staff has when diagnosing a problem. Could not ask for better service than this. More
