The service department went over and above To resolve my issue. The service manager Mark made a trip to my home to address my concerns. His follow up was great. Greenford addressed all the issues I had on my last service. When I took my car in the tech staff tried to sell a service I didn’t need and kept pushing it. He finally accepted to perform the maintenan service. When I took my car in the tech staff tried to sell a service I didn’t need and kept pushing it. He finally accepted to perform the maintenance I took my car in for. At the end of service he told me the air filter was not replaced because it was still ok even though I’m the replacement should have been done. I reported these issues and I got a call from Jason which quickly addressed my issues by reimbursing me for the unpleasant service and also gave me a free of charge air filter replacement. I never had issues with greenford before and I really feel Jason handled it really well. More
