One area that could be improved is the Ford Motor Credit interest rate. Must use FMC to get the rebates, which requires us to refinance. FMC rate was 7.9 percent despite an advertised rate of 3.9. Market rate from local bank and local credit union is 2.9. More
Go somewhere else. I was lured to the dealership to see a truck that was not there. (Bait and switch). Cameron told me the truck I wanted was not available anywhere in t I was lured to the dealership to see a truck that was not there. (Bait and switch). Cameron told me the truck I wanted was not available anywhere in the eastern 2/3 of the U.S. (Wasn't true) Charged me $2,600 to get out of a contract I didn't want but signed it based on the incorrect information he gave me about what I wanted not being available. When I found what I wanted online after his search he said it was too late to get out of the transaction until I offered to pay the dealerships "expenses" of $2,600. Suddenly it WAS possible to get out of the transaction. Paid over $8,600 more for the truck, when the $2,600 is included, than if I had gone to the dealership I intended to go to. I was told one lie after another at this place. It took 8 days to buy a new truck. Absolutely terrible experience. I found out after the transaction that this dealership has a very bad reputation around Greensboro. STAY AWAY! Go to a reputable dealership. More

I paid to have window motor fixed and tire plugged.
