Bought suv and find out the windshield wiper fluid did not work for the wipers. Took back and they would not stand behind. A very small, simple item to fix and they would not. They wanted me to instead buy the entire warranty to have it fixed. After a good experience, they would not fix?? Its about principle - and now, I will not recommend this dealership to anyone. All about the bottom dollar and not about the customer satisfaction. So much for principal, integrity, honesty. Keep your money drive to High Point and buy from a different dealership. More
