No one wearing a Mask in the Service Area I was very disturbed when I drove into the service area to get my car inspected and oil changed yesterday. No one and I mean NO ONE in the service area was wearing a mask. I ask one service attendant if he had a mask he could put on and he answered very sharply, NO. I felt very unsafe in the service area. I can’t understand why anyone who is in a service business would choose not to protect there customers. I have used Green Ford for all my car’s service for many years. Poor service on repairing my sunroof on 2017 ford 150. Try to charge me for entire motor and just needed new tracks kit. Once I brought to their attention, then found out warranty didn’t cover it. So took it to Ford in Hickory - where I purchased and they took care of my problem - hassle free. Green ford didn’t even put my sunroof back together correctly. Never will go back to Green Ford.
