Work done was satisfactory but I didn’t like the fact my concierge didn’t wear a mask. He apologize for not having one but what good is that. I disagree with that decision, this virus is highly contagious, i take medication for underlying issues and do not want this virus!! Very disappointed with Ford for this alone. Green Ford of Greensboro had spent months checking back with me because I asked them to give me more time. They never got impatient. Then I they made a test drive Apptointment. I was very concerned to see that most staff in the center were not wearing masks. When I arrived I asked the man who greeted me to put on a mask and he walked away. Someone else came up, put on a mask and were not wearing masks. When I arrived I asked the man who greeted me to put on a mask and he walked away. Someone else came up, put on a mask and helped me. But, when I returned there were only one or two people wearing masks. I work in the health care industry and am sad that so few pay attention to the very real science. Your service is always good but I would not recommend to anyone at this point because the people working with the public were not wearing masks. More
