Absolutely the most horrible experience I ever Encountered dealing with service of my vehicle. Was lied to multiple times . Awful places to do business . Because I had been lied to multiple times already I was a Hesitant in believing what I was told. To car to another credible shop here in Greensboro and was told nothing was wrong with the 2100 part that wanted me to pay for . Instead the issue was a part I had just paid for weeks earlier. The work was completed to my satisfaction. But the lack of respect for my time was not appreciated, hence the average score. I had a 10am appointment to reprogram the blend door and to get the oil changed of respect for my time was not appreciated, hence the average score.
