Because I had been lied to multiple times already I was a Hesitant in believing what I was told. To car to another credible shop here in Greensboro and was told nothing was wrong with the 2100 part that wanted me to pay for . Instead the issue was a part I had just paid for weeks earlier. The work was completed to my satisfaction. But the lack of respect for my time was not appreciated, hence the average score. I had a 10am appointment to reprogram the blend door and to get the oil changed of respect for my time was not appreciated, hence the average score. We assessed the problem at 10am. So I did not understand why I had not received a call. More
