The Green Service team made a scary recall a very positive experience. This is my 16th year of being a customer of Green Ford and I will say it again. I will never purchase a vehicle or have my vehicle serviced anywhere else. My recent service visit to Quick Lane was, as al and I will say it again. I will never purchase a vehicle or have my vehicle serviced anywhere else. My recent service visit to Quick Lane was, as always a pleasue. The staff is knowledgable, friendly, courteous, helpful and compassionate. They are respectful and provide details of your service needs. Thank you for such thoughtful employees as Rollin and Megan. Whatever the issue, they always respond with a 'no problem'. Service is done in a timely manner and the technitions alway return your vehicle spotlessly clean. Can't thank you enough. Be proud of these wonderful assests Green Ford. Thanks again. More

My 2019 Ford vehicle was brought in on Wednesday to check the cause of a malfunction light on the dash. I was informed I would need to schedule for it to be tested to determine cause, so I received an appoi the cause of a malfunction light on the dash. I was informed I would need to schedule for it to be tested to determine cause, so I received an appointment for the following Tuesday. I drove it home (Greensboro) and being cautious I did not drive the vehicle again until Tuesday to return to Green Ford for the appointment. Calling near the end of the day, I was told it had not been tested yet and would need to stay overnight. I called late the next day and it was not ready as a replacement exhaust part had been ordered in order to repair. I was contacted around noon on Thursday that it was ready, but I could not pick it up until Friday AM. The job was done professionally and with the vehicle still under warranty, there was no charge. All Green personnel from arrival to payment were courteous and professional. More
