Here at Green Ford we take every complaint seriously and we would like to hear more of why after 6 years of ownership, 28 visits to our service department and 216,000 miles you are unhappy. We have called and left vm and have yet to hear back. If there is something we can do please let us know.

The 6 years of ownership has nothing to do with the dealership. The 28 visits were not to the dealership but to the outside shop for oil changes, nothing pertaining to the engine or anything else with the 2014 Explorer. The 216,000 miles had nothing to do with the dealership but based on the quality of the Ford manufacturer and its automobile . There were no calls sent to me and definitely no voicemail left. Whatever texting was done, I voiced my displeasure through that venue, with no response or actions to be taken from Green Ford. My complaint and overall disgust is with the Green Ford Dealership and the horrible, unprofessional and incompetence service that I’ve experience dealing with this dealership. Most recently I HAD to take the Explorer to them for a engine repair because another automotive shop informed me that they couldn’t do that particular work because the manufacturer built it that way. Green Ford did a diagnostic test and told me what the problem was, charged me over $3000 and repaired the front brakes. Just a few days ago, my check engine light came back on. REALLY? What reason would this come back on except to manipulate me for more money.NEVER AGAIN IF I CAN HELP IT!
