This guy right was honest, nice, knowledgeable and most of all, had a friendly demeanor. I was about to go look at a similar vehicle compared to the vehicle I went to look at Green Ford. I would have never looked at the car vehicle report and seen the damage it had if not for Mr Jones pulling the car fax and show it to me. Not only did it have severe damage it had air bags deployed in the accident. Appreciate Mr. Jones honesty and for showing me the other dealers car Fax. He wasn’t down I g the other dealership I think he was just comparing g the cars to give me a better deal but then he found out about the vehicles damage. Y More

This is the 3rd car I've purchased from Green Ford, specifically because of the level of overall support and service provided by Alex Wagar. I now live 90+ miles away in Charlotte but returned to Gree specifically because of the level of overall support and service provided by Alex Wagar. I now live 90+ miles away in Charlotte but returned to Green Ford again instead of buying from a local Charlotte Ford dealer because of the level of personal attention, diligence and customer support Alex provides. He's a genuine advocate for his customers and always does the right thing for them. I trust him completely and I know he works extremely hard to find the vehicle with the options I want at the best price possible, is always available to answer questions and help with whatever I need, get my service scheduled, calm my anxiety, etc. He's approachable, personable, and has always gone the extra mile which is what keeps me coming back. Green Ford didn't have the lowest price for my vehicle this time, but I returned and purchased from them again because of the value-added support, help, diligence, follow through, customer focus, trust worthiness, go the extra mile and all around pleasant experience I always get when working with Alex. He's top notch and an example for others to emulate. More
Bought used 2017 escape in Nov.2020 for 11k. In 4k miles transmission had to be rebuilt cost 4k then at 5k miles the engine needs to be replaced. Would think from a Ford dealership would not get a lemon but transmission had to be rebuilt cost 4k then at 5k miles the engine needs to be replaced. Would think from a Ford dealership would not get a lemon but I guess his one is a shyster. They told me they would be HAPPY to help and it would only cost another 8 to 9k. So beware of this dealer, I had been warned of Green Ford sales practices but bought anyway and now stuck. The place was very disorganized. When my car was towed in, I asked if there was any info they needed from me. They said no, I was good to go, though nobody had even taken my name or the keys to the car. W in, I asked if there was any info they needed from me. When I asked someone else if there was anything they needed, she told me the guy that had just said no was supposed to get my info. When I came to pay, I found that my info had not even been filed. The guy I worked with was named Neal and he was unfriendly from the start, and his manager was also very rude and condescending during the brief interaction I had with him. When I finally got to pay the price was also higher than what Neal had told me it would be over the phone. When I got the car back I noticed that one of my tires was almost flat- the least they could have done was put some air in that, but nope. I will say that the cashiers were phenomenally friendly and helpful despite all the issues I had. The service department itself though did not leave me with a good impression at all- I will never be coming back to this dealership. More
