We bought our car new from Green Ford. The most recent visit was the second time the vehicle has been in for service. Both times there was little or no communication from the service department. On the initial visit we were told it would be two days before the car would be ready but was not able make contact with anyone for 4 days. Contact was not established until I emailed the dealership not knowing who the email would go to. It took a full two weeks to make a repair that we were told would be two days initially. The most recent visit our car was towed to Green Ford on a Tuesday. The following day we had heard nothing from the service department so we began trying to make contact through text and phone calls. Most attempts was met with no answer and no call back. By Saturday we had had no contact with the service department therefore I drove to the dealership to find out the status of a vehicle. I was told at that time that cars that are towed in our work into the line when possible and that a technician had not yet been assigned to a vehicle. We finally heard from someone in the service department Tuesday saying our car would be ready that afternoon. We picked it up the following morning 8 days after it was towed in. At this point I did not see ourselves ever using Green Ford for service again. More

Absolutely the worst service experience ever. Took our 2013 Mustang in on a Tuesday to get air conditioner repaired. Late in the day I reached out to them, and was told they didn’t get to it but would “first thing in the morning “. They didn’t get around to it Wednesday or Thursday either. Picked up the car Friday without it being repaired. They kept the car all week. The only communication was when we contacted them. Not one update. I will never say never again, but it is my intention to never step foot in this place again. More
