This was our first out of town vehicle purchase. I first made contact by internet. One thing I did like what Tony did was he communicated with me on the internet only until I decided to make the first cal made contact by internet. Overall experience with Tony was he had well knowledge about the vehicle we was interested in and showed courtesy right up to the point he didn't know which way we was going to go. The sales manager Jeremy, no complaints, he was there to help further our negotiating, and financing. All and all I would rate them highly! More
My vehicle had a recall and I selected the Green Kia dealership for service due to its proximity to where I live. The service department was very friendly and easy to work with and scheduled my repair dealership for service due to its proximity to where I live. I've always had positive experiences dealing with Kia service personnel. Tim Johnson has been especially helpful in making sure anything I request has been taken care of. Service at Green Kia is always outstanding. I can get in for an appointment at moments notice. My brakes have been making a noise and I stopped by so they could hear what I was talking about. The guy jumped for an appointment at moments notice. My brakes have been making a noise and I stopped by so they could hear what I was talking about. The guy jumped right in the car and took it for a test drive. I made an appointment for the next day to have repairs made. My car is only 3 years old and while the brake pads still have wear left on them, they said the noise is caused by friction with the newly designed brake pads. I've never heard of needing to replace brakes after 3 years, but I plan to do some research on this. The guys at Kia are great to work with! More

I feel the guys in the service department are friendly and great to work with. The only complaint I have is each time I go out there for an oil change, it takes 1 1/2 to 2 hours. The last time I was there it was to get the oil changed and have a replacement warranty part put on. The part came in unpainted and no one was aware of that until after I had scheduled the appointment to have the part put on when I got the oil change. This was the whole idea of doing two things in one trip. Needless to say, now I have to bring the car back out to have the part put on. Tthis is about a 50 mile round trip for me to go back for this. More
