Brandon is always very helpful and cheerful. Even at the end of the day he was smiling and ready to accomodate. My only "complaint" would be that after the car was washed, the back hatch and bumper were st end of the day he was smiling and ready to accomodate. Brandon says that the Kia Soul is really too small for the car wash machine because the equipment is too far away from the back hatch to clean it. Since the car wash is only a customer service benefit, I can't really complain about it but just thought I'd bring it to your attention. Alvin Robinson was our salesman last year when we bought both cars; Sandy Sullivan(?) was the person who completed the financial transactions. Both of them were outstanding and still recognize us when we come in for any reason; we are treated like old friends. I bought a 2014 Kia Sorento almost a month ago. 2 weeks after the purchase I found out that the motor was bad in my brand new car. Brandon took care of me as best he could in this bad situation.
